Welcome to Meezab Technical Services LLC (“Meezab”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • Client: Refers to any individual or entity who books services from Meezab.

  • Service(s): Refers to all technical and cleaning services offered by Meezab.

  • Website: Refers to www.meezab.ae and all associated pages.

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Service confirmation is subject to availability and will be confirmed via call, SMS, or email.

  • Meezab reserves the right to reschedule or decline bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., manpower, equipment issues, or legal restrictions).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are provided in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are exclusive of VAT unless specified.

  • Full payment is due upon service completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • For online payments, Meezab uses secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card information.

  • Additional charges may apply for services not included in the initial booking, which will be communicated and approved before execution.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Meezab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to operational constraints, emergencies, or adverse weather conditions, with prior notice to the client.

5. Service Execution

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Meezab will not be responsible for delays caused by access restrictions or absence of the client.

  • Any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items must be secured or disclosed in advance.

  • While utmost care will be taken, Meezab is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing faults, wear & tear, or improper item conditions.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Meezab provides a service warranty of up to 48 hours for cleaning reworks or rectifications.

  • For technical maintenance services, warranty terms will be specified in individual quotations.

  • Meezab is insured for accidental damages. However, liability is limited to direct damages only and does not cover indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure all personal belongings and valuables are kept secure during service execution.

  • Notify Meezab in advance of any known risks (e.g., hazardous materials, structural weaknesses).

  • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service completion.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All client data is handled in compliance with UAE Data Protection Law (DPL 2021).

  • We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, service descriptions, images, and documents, is the property of Meezab Technical Services LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Meezab may recommend or partner with third-party platforms (e.g., FixpertSolutions.com). We are not responsible for their service quality, privacy practices, or any disputes arising from third-party interactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Meezab shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of services, client negligence, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

13. Amendments to Terms

Meezab reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
